PARENT REPS
What is a Parent Rep?
A Parent Rep(s) assists the team, coaches, and League by sending out information regarding any League business with the team parents. They are the main point of contact between the League and your team. A team can have more than 1 Parent Rep to share the duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communications
It's highly recommended to use a team management system to help you communicate schedules, events, dues, snack bags, etc.
Volunteers
Parent Reps also are responsible for finding volunteers from within the team's parent pool. Events that MAY require volunteers:
Meetings
Parent Reps attend monthly meetings via Zoom to receive information and news about upcoming Sansei events.
Team Roster
Parent Reps or Coaches maintain and update the roster for each season by adding/removing players, updating shirt sizes, and updating grade levels. For assistance with login information, please contact the webmaster. Be sure to include your team name and division.
Collections
Before the season begins, you'll submit:
- Bye Request Forms
- Waiver Forms for each player
Areas to Volunteer (Mandatory)
As the Parent Rep, you will need to have your Parents represent your Team at the events below. Submit the names to the Parent Rep Coordinator for each event.
- (2 people) Team Photo Day & Skills Competition
- (4 people) JCI Carnival

- Easter Sunday
- F.O.R. Basketball Tournament (All divisions except T-ball)
- Tigers Tournament
- Mother's Day weekend
- Memorial Day weekend
- Sansei Baseball Nite at Dodger Stadium (last games to be scheduled at 3 p.m.)
