TICKET REDEMPTION AND TRANSERS FOR PARENT REPS
Follow the instructions below to redeem the tickets.

  1. Download the free MLB Ballpark app in the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store. The latest version of the app must be downloaded on your phone.
  2. Log in using your existing MLB.com account or create an account in the app with the email address with which you purchased your ticket(s).
  3. Once you have verified your email address that you purchased your tickets with on your MLB account, your MLB.com account and Angels ticket account are linked, your tickets will appear in the “Tickets” tab of the MLB Ballpark app.

To TRANSFER tickets, follow the directions included on the app on how to FORWARD the tickets to your team families. NOTE: If some of your families do not have the app (or wish not to download it), you can send them links to their tickets.

FAQ
- What if my email address for the MLBapp is different from the email my Parent Rep has sent the tickets to?
In the MLB app, go to Profile > My MLB Account Emails and "Add Another Email". Enter your email here and your tickets will display.
